Dear Local Business Owner,
The Galt Festival is Celebrating its 50th year this year. We are requesting your help in sponsoring our 2009 event, July 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2009. The Festival is made up entirely of volunteers from the community, and has no paid staff. All proceeds go into putting on this yearly event. We provide nightly entertainment, including a special day devoted to Multi culture, free Children's Circus with four shows daily, and our most popular attractions, the Petting Zoo, Fire Cracker Money Scramble, Galt Festival Parade, Diaper Derby, Slot Car Racing, and our newest attraction the "Miss Galt Festival Queen Pageant". The Festival is a long-standing tradition. With the cost of these events, we are asking business and individuals in the community for a little help. Working together we can make this a great event for the families and children of Galt and the surrounding area.
We have three sponsorship levels, but any amount is appreciated: BRONZE $100, SILVER $500, and GOLD $1,000. The Festival committee will show you where your donation is going, or you may request to sponsor a particular event. Some of the events with descriptions are attached. We will gladly put a banner up at the Festival if one is provided, and will list you as a sponsor in our advertising. The Galt community thanks you.
